"Welcome to Earth" - Witness Begs UFOs in Fort Worth to Give a Show

Two hovering blinking lights were filmed for several minutes. A video uploaded to YouTube features commentary from the witness, who tells the strange lights "welcome to Earth." These lights seem out of place in the night sky and don't blend in with the other stars, however they blink - something satellites don't do. Could these be drones, extra bright stars, or something else explainable? Or is it possible aliens are visiting Texas?
