What's That Over Frisco? Gray Orb Hovering - See Video

A little north of Dallas, someone witnessed a gray orb hovering in the night sky (similar to a March encounter in Katy) and fortunately caught it on camera and submitted the footage to YouTube:

With no context, I suppose you could just say it's the moon or maybe a satellite or star - but considering that the witness took the extra step to post this to YouTube, and the fact that it... well, just looks super weird... it's worth sharing here.
