According to a recent NUFORC report (case 149268), a loud mysterious "boom" sound was heard right before the sighting of a UFO in Burton, Texas back in September: Over 290 to the east, I heard a single, deep “boom” sound that was accompanied by an explosive-like flash in the sky. A few minutes later, I changed location, to see get an unobstructed view of the horizon spanning from Washington county to Harris County. In the direction of Houston, I witnessed a disc-shaped craft hovering, flashing red, white, and blue like a disco ball. I grabbed a pair of binoculars, put them on a solid surface, and sat down to watch this thing. Every once in a while, I caught a few random white sparks appear anywhere within its radius for a split second. Like sparkles. It’s still there 03:46 and getting closer. I am pretty certain I watched it change from a horizontal to a vertical shape for a moment then return to disc-like. It’s really close now. Coming towards Burton. 03:49. What's interesting is a similar event - a loud, mysterious boom being heard, accompanied by a UFO sighting - occurred this year in July in the San Antonio area: And another similar case occurred in Hewlett, Texas earlier this month. Flashing lights with no clear source were caught on camera, leading many people to believe that a local transformer had exploded.
What do you think of this recent case, and others like it? Could they all be related? Do you think alien spaceships could be to blame? As always, let me know what you think in the comments, or on social media!

Interesting report. Pity none of the event was caught on video.

Wish I'd seen this report earlier. I have cameras pointed in that direction.
