Spiders Falling Over McKinney? - See Photos

• When: October 13th, 2015
• Where: McKinney (north of Plano)
• What: Spider web like wispy strings floating, also misc. discs and orbs

A Dallas area resident (and possibly bass player Kirk Powers, according to the website watermark on his photos) spotted spider web-like wispy strings floating through the sky - they were everywhere and seen by others nearby. They deemed this phenomenon "angel hair" and also claimed to see other white discs and orbs.

When leaving house we saw Vast amounts of Angle hair falling from sky. Much of it landing in treetops and power wires.
I went to the store at about 9A, and there was more angel hair hanging off of the parking Lot Lights at Winco in Mckinney
. When i returned home i told my landlord to look up. He saw it too.
Latter at about 10 AM i notice small silver white discs coming from different areas of the sky in a wobbly fashion . They met in an area above me . Very HIGH up... They looked like large stars in a bright day sky...Very reflective. Then they went in different directions. The most that i saw togethr were about 6 or 7.
the angel hair continues to fall . Its coming down in Globs and strings all day so far.
I saw OVER 10 to perhaps 50 total silver orb/disc like objects..
The only emotion that I felt was WOW Look at these..

Could this just be spider silk? Migrating spiders are known to send their webs out into the sky like this; it's known as "ballooning" and an Australia town was recently and famously smothered in these things (see photos). In fact, another Dallas suburb experienced this in August of this year.

Even if these are the spiders' doing, it's pretty amazing to see. Did you see this, too? Please report it!
