7/22 Update: A similar sighting in nearby Conroe occurred a few days later - post to come!
7/29 Update: A similar sighting in Dallas days later also has occurred. Read about it.
A Cleveland, TX resident and his grandmother were driving at night when they spotted a weird object in the sky - glowing bright like a star, but moving in a straight path and eventually disappearing over the trees.
Could these Texans simply have spotted a plane or helicopter or satellite that simply looked strange from afar? What's interesting is another similar UFO was spotted in a nearby town a few nights later - I'll be posting about that soon!
Luckily, the witnesses were able to capture the UFO on camera (see the photo above), and they submitted a detailed report to MUFON:
Me and my gramma were driving at night..looked towards sky saw a glowing object hovering over trees. Looked like a star but it then glowed brighter and very very slowing seemed to be moving in a straight path over the trees..could no longer take a picture it was cloudy and very dark then disappeared. I knew it wasnt a star it seemed brighter and bigger. Even my gramma thought it was unusual that it actually moved and disappeared over treetops..
