Bright Orange Orb, Chinese Lantern, Drone??? Hovers Mysteriously Over Arizona in Recent Video7/17/2019
According to a recent video posted to Reddit, a bright orange orb was seen hovering over Arizona. People in the comments are debating on whether or not this object is a drone, Chinese lantern, or... aliens! As more and more advanced drones take to the skies, it is getting harder and harder to tell the difference between a UFO and a drone. What do you think is going on in the video below?

A very odd-shaped object was seen in the sky over Arizona, according to a recent MUFON report (case 99519). When the witness viewed the object zoomed in on their phone, they noticed what looked to them to be "landing appendages:"  https://www.mufoncms.com/files_jeud8334j/99519_submitter_file1__DSC0573.jpg  Oval in shape, on zoom appeared to have some sort of landing appendages. Believe it or not, UFOs like this have been seen before. Case in point, a case in Costa Rica in 2017 was recently highlighted on the site:  Costa Rica 2017 Could this object actually just be something easy to explain, like a balloon? An Arizona resident was washing dishes and when they looked up out of their window and saw a simple but amazing cross hovering in the sky a short while after sunset. The witness said the cross eventually disappeared. For the witness, this was a very mysterious experience, as they had watched a television show the day before, and in the show, a character had looked up at the sky and seen a similar cross! Check out the photo and testimony from the witness below, which were submitted to MUFON (case 96961):

A cross - each end was a ball of light. All parts of the cross were the same size. It began to disintegrate as I took a photo of it. The photo showed no lights. Then it totally disintegrated in the sky.
Although the witness may have just been viewing some odd-shaped clouds or plane contrails, their personal experiences surrounding the event make it an extra interesting case to consider.
