"Spiral, chrome color, worm like craft" Spotted Over San Angelo, Texas

A "spiral, chrome color, worm like craft" was seen "spinning in the air" over San Angelo, Texas, according to a recent NUFORC report (case 138373):

I seen a spiral chrome color worm like craft spinning in the air about as low as a helicopter flies. It kept spinning and moving up and in the same direction of the wind. It went really high and I lost it.

All of a sudden it was directly over my truck about as high as a helicopter again. Then it traveled against the wind for about 10 blocks and went in line with the sun where we couldn't look at it anymore and kept going straight up. Have not seen it again since.

I attempted to record it but my phone could not focus on it. I got 2 images that are blurry, but I will send them via email.

If you can believe it, this isn't the first time TexasUFOs has covered a sighting of a UFO described as "worm like!"  For example, compare the recent testimony above to the photo below of  a sighting from 2017 in Pennsylvania:
