Amazing Dallas UFO Sighting... or Street Lamps?

3324alma posted footage from April 3rd of a pair of  orange lights above Dallas. Apparently the objects made sound as they moved about the sky and then hovered in one spot for a while. These sort of look like stationary street lamps in the sky, but the witness was quite enthusiastic about it. The video description reads:

"This was takin on April 3rd 4:15 in the morning, Walk out side after hearing strange noises to see too bright orange lights moving across the sky so i decided to record it,one of them stopped over the high way stopping oncoming traffic, and the 2nd one was above a store... once i heard the noise again- something told me to go back into the house ... This is Very Real and We are not Alone"

Here's a comment from the original witness:

I felt scared, because i wasnt the only out there and one guy went into the dark and never came back out

Interesting that this UFO was noisy. That's a recent trend with UFO sightings (1, 2).
