Friends in Amarillo watched two red lights behaving strangely in the night sky - they captured video of at least one of the lights descending (watch out for language in the video): Two red lights just popped out of nowhere then rises high fast....

Drone? Weather balloon? Strange star? In West Texas, a person spotted an object sitting pretty in the sky and fortunately got it on camera and uploaded the footage to YouTube: On 9-26-14, I went to outside around 8:00pm. What I encountered, is something I have never seen before. Scientists, weather professionals, and myself still are scratching there heads. UFO? Tell me. This sighting joins another recent sighting in Mesquite of a similar object.

A stirring photo of a triangle craft speeding through the daytime sky and leaving a contrail behind has hit the web and generated some local buzz. The witnesses, Steve Douglass and Dean Muskett, also picked up radio communication related to the flyby. You can see an enhanced version of the photo below: Aviation blogger and friend to the witnesses, Bill Sweetman said this is the first time a classified craft has been photographed since 1956. Well, if that's the case, Mr. Sweetman, then aliens are definitely visiting because people - especially Texans - have been drawing pictures, snapping photos and taking videos of air crafts that exceed the boundaries of known technology since, well, just about the beginning of time. But the latest is indeed one of the better photographs to date, and experts seem to agree it's probably the military's. Is the military responsible for other recent waves of triangle sightings, too, then? More from Bill Sweetman: The photos tell us more about what the mysterious stranger isn't than what it is. The size is very hard to determine, for example, although the image size at contrailing height suggests that it is bigger than an X-47B. However, the basic shape - while it resembles Boeing's Blended Wing Body studies or the Swift Killer Bee/Northrop Grumman Bat unmanned air system - is different from anything known to have flown at full size, lacking the notched trailing edge of Northrop Grumman's full-size designs. If you read TUS from time to time, you're not new to one of the latest UFO "flaps" (as UFO nerds like me like to call them). Mass sightings of triangle-shaped crafts have really picked up over the last few months. One of the more controversial sightings came out of Austin, when a set of 3 red lights hovered over a show at ACL. Some people are quick to debunk them as Chinese lanterns, while others are not sold on that theory one bit. Regardless, there's no doubt at ALL that triangle or V-shaped crafts have been witnessed by Texans recently... video out of Seguin and Dallas (scroll down) show exactly that! The latest sightings out of Arlington and Beaumont are also terribly intriguing (you can read the reports below). One witness, who saw a triangle craft at the same time as a friend in a different part of the city, was excited and scared by the experience - they almost didn't report on it for fear others would think they were crazy. Thankfully they did! Here are some of the photos from recent sightings: And here's video from an October 12th sighting in Houston, as well as its YouTube description: Seldom do I get to see a flying craft with TRIANGULAR PATTERN of steady lights. Read a recap of some of the more impressive sightings to get reported on recently. And check out some new reports below... And here's a MUFON report out of Arlington from Oct 25th: At night, when it was partly cloudy, I was outside with my sister feeding our dogs outside when I glanced up to the sky . Than, all of sudden, an object caught my sight. This object was a large dark outlined triangular shaped object that had 5 white lights that were located at the edge of the this object. This lights made a V-shape. This object was flying slightly above the clouds. I noticed it's triangular shape when it wasn't in cloud cover and noticed it's dark outline. The way the object flew was in a straight line, slightly faster than commercial airplanes. The object, as it flew straight, rotated from when I first sighted it till I lost its sight of about 20 - 30 degrees. I lost sight of the object after it went behind the tree line. At first, after viewing the object, I felt confused because I thought it was a plane but the object didn't make a sound as well as the way it didn't make a flight path the same as an airplane. And Beaumont from Oct 21st: I was getting off work about 10:40 pm. I always look around when I leave work because I work Dispatch at a stadium and it's dark , and I have to walk to my car. I looked up and saw a triangle shaped light in the clouds. At first I thought it was some type of light for an airplane. But as I continued to watch it , I could see that it wasn't that at all. The triangle shape was almost glowing. I watched it for about 5 minutes. I then called another coworker to come outside and see it. We watched it for about another minute. Neither of us could explain it. I then got in my car and headed home and called a friend on the way, to tell him of the incident. Before I could really get my story out, he started telling me exactly what I had seen. He told me he was putting out the trash and saw the same object in the sky. It was scary, but exciting in the same. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. Almost to afraid to tell anyone, didn't want them to think I was crazy... Tried to video it , but the video is was much to dark. Have you seen a triangle craft? Report your sighting! View Triangle Sightings Aug/Sep/Oct in a larger map
The recent UFO sighting over ACL has spurred quit the conversation online! Many have been quick to debunk these ominous red lights, which formed a clear-cut triangle and quietly lurked over a Cure concert, as Chinese lanterns. A few people have chimed in to say they SAW a launch of Chinese lanterns that evening. A few problems... the videos and photos don't show typical Chinese lanterns. I don't care if you happened to see someone also launching lanterns that evening, this is not what the videos or photos or eyewitness accounts depict. Chinese lanterns or not, sightings of V and triangle-shaped crafts (from Austin to Seguin to Amarillo, and more) with red lights have skyrocketed for Texas over the past several weeks. Just today, TUS received an exclusive report out of San Antonio of "3 sets of 3 glowing red orbs in the distant, the three orbs formed triangle." It was made by a former military member who's used to seeing all kinds of things in the sky... but he was downright baffled by this sight. Here's one of the latest and greatest videos to come from the recent mass UFO sighting in Austin at ACL (pictured above)... what say you, Internet? Chinese lanterns? "They came for the Cure And here's another fresh account of what went down in Austin that night, kindly submitted to TUS by Lisa Farwell-Matthews: We were enjoying The Cure concert at the Austin City Limits Music Festival when I looked up at the search lights pointed over the Lady Bird stage and saw three distinct orange lights in a triangular shape moving slowly over the crowd. I initially thought of flares, but these three lights did not drift or move out of their triangular configuration. Someone suggested Chinese lanterns, but again, these lights remained in a static triangular shape where lanterns would have drifted apart. My friend also saw them. I fumbled with my phone to photograph them and attempted to take a video. I understand now why UFO photos always look like they do. I was shaking and captured one grainy photo, but you can see the three lights in a triangle. We watched them for approximately 2 minutes as they moved slowly west before disappearing into the clouds. I have to say, if that really was a UFO, it was the greatest sighting ever during The Cure's "Hot, Hot, Hot!" As well as more testimony, courtesy of YouTube comments: I was there, and others reported seeing it move across the festival. Apparently there was another red object and a "scout"craft that was aboved and just took off. I initially thought of chinese lanterns but decided that was not the case. So, what do you guys think? Do we have an invasion of Chinese lanterns that like to fly in triangle formation, or an invasion of unidentified flying triangles? As kooky as it sounds, the ladder's the best we can do right now!
