Cigar UFO "Moved Slowly Sideways, Then Bolted" - According to Witness in Texas

A witness in Woodville, Texas described seeing a silver cigar-shaped UFO hovering and then bolting away suddenly. Check out the report they sent into MUFON (case 91456):

Silver cigar shaped hovering for a few minutes . Moved slowly sideways then bolted towards West disappearing with in seconds. Blue skies, no trail.

Around 12:45 pm Walking back from mail box check I noticed a silver shiny cigar shaped object with aura white wings/ ring like. Skies were blue and clear of any clouds. I stopped walking to observe since shape was upright which seemed odd for any kind of flight formation. Object hovered several minutes then moved towards the West slightly. Hovered a few seconds then bolted off West disappearing instantly leaving no trail.
