I have received two witness reports describing a "cigar" or "rod"-shaped UFO over Texas. Do you think these reports are related? In one case, the UFO was reported as "colorful," while in the other, it was reported as "white," and in fact, resembles the famous "tic tac" UFO seen by a Navy pilot in 2004:
I'm trying to gather more information about these sightings. In the meantime, though, read the testimonies and check out the witness photo below, and then let me know what you think in the comments, or if you saw this, too!
San Saba, Texas, July 18th, 2020 at 2:03 AM:
Pulled up to my house, got out of truck and leaned up against the bed. Started a text and glanced up and saw a long (colorful) cigar shaped object. It had lights or something coming off the back. It’s flew northwest no sound and flew real smooth. It’s was something to see. I did get a pic of it.

An extremely large, mystery craft was seen hovering over Texas, according to recent testimony submitted to MUFON (case 109479):
Size of a football field and a half average glow looked like a cigar or could be saucer from a distance
An El Paso resident, who would like to be known as "S," was working in their backyard when they heard and then spotted a blimp overhead. So, they took some photos of the blimp, but weren't able to identify any markings on it. Later when viewing photos of the blimp, they noticed something strange flying next to it... a large, dark, and mysterious rod-shaped object:
I was working in my backyard when I heard a strange aerial engine noise. I then realized that it sounded like a blimp and when I saw it I noticed that it had no markings on it. I quickly snapped three photos of it on my cellphone but what struck me was that it was flying by at very fast rate of speed. I wasn't sure if it was due to strong wind currents above as it was calm where I was. Later that evening, I took out my cellphone to show my family the photos when I noticed an object in the last frame underneath the blimp.
I was able to find another mention of a blimp seen over El Paso from May 2019, but that's as far as my trail has taken me so far. I'll be reaching out to Goodyear, and following up with the witness for more detail, but in the meantime, let me know what you think!
Could this be an object or banner hanging from the blimp, as part of an advertising campaign or even a military exercise? Or perhaps this is just a piece of dust on the lens, considering the witness didn't see it with their naked eye.
If it is a UFO, one has to wonder why it's flying right below an unmarked blimp!
A really incredible report of a "cigar-shaped craft just slowly floating" over North Houston has been submitted to Texas UFO Sightings. David writes:
"Glowing bright white" rod/cigar-shaped object reported
Years after a Beaumont resident saw multiple cigar craft while waiting for the bus, testimony has been submitted to MUFON (case 107135):
I was waiting for the bus for school when I noticed 4 cigar like crafts flying to the north east of Beaumont and about 30 seconds later 3 more shown
