Creepy Orb Hovers Over Dallas and Then Ascends

• When: January 2018 (still confirming date) in the early morning
  
• Where: Dallas
• What: Bright white glowing orb hovers for a while and then slowly ascends up into sky and disappears

A video showing a UFO or "orb" hovering stationary in the sky before ascending and fading away was uploaded to YouTube a while back and I've just now stumbled upon it:

What do you think of this Texas UFO video? Does it show aliens, a top-secret military craft, or something else or perhaps easier to explain?
