Fleet of Mysterious White Orbs Photographed in Daytime in Leander, Texas

April 13th, 2018 Update: TexasUFOs has received a report of UFOs similar to these in Keller, Texas a few days after this (April 13th). Keller is located about 3 hours north of Leander. The witness writes:  "Well i thought it was a fire work at first, but then it/ they cane back and were spinning while like reflecting and pulsing back and forth between visible and invisible, and moving really fast, they were also higher then the aircraft."  Could these sightings be related? A really amazing daytime photograph of  multiple white orbs hovering and also disappearing and reappearing over Leander, Texas, has been submitted to TexasUFOs. Kim sent the following photo along with testimony:

Hundreds of white orbs moving fast in and out appearing and disappearing. At first thought you think birds but did not look like birds at all in the video, moving in and out way to fast and were way too high.

What do you think of this witness photograph and report? Does this photo show UFOs, perhaps UFOs similar to ones seen in other parts of the world, like in Japan in March 2011?
