Years after a Beaumont resident saw multiple cigar craft while waiting for the bus, testimony has been submitted to MUFON (case 107135):

I was waiting for the bus for school when I noticed 4 cigar like crafts flying to the north east of Beaumont and about 30 seconds later 3 more shown

Lived near Beaumont. In the early 1960's saw a cigar shape thing slowly passing overhead about 400 feet high. Looked ~ 200 feet long, slender, and feel a low hum or vibration more than hear it. Right at dusk and had several very small windows. No external lights. No cabin like the Goodyear Blimp which was in this area at the same time and much thinner than a blimp. Moved slowly, less than 10 mph, like it was examining or mapping the area. Had an uneasy feeling about that thing. When older I was an Air Force navigator, flew 5,000 hours and never saw anything like this thing.
