If you haven't heard about the loud rumblings and hums being heard around the world, including Texas, then catch up on those reports here. It seems the phenomenon has continued, this time in San Antonio. Here's the full MUFON report from April 25th: Was at home on night of 4/25/2012 when we heard a loud roaring noise and looked up and saw a large hazy glowing and flat rectangular shaped object going at a very high rate of speed go directly over the house north west bound and thenmake sharp turns side to side then veer left before dissapearing over the trees. My initial feeling was that it was not a helicopter or airplane which I frequently see on a daily/nightly baisis here. Never have seen somthing like this before. Was this just a low-flying jet doing daring maneuvers, or something more mysterious?

Tonight (sep 1, 2012) I heard a series of loud rumbles/ bangs in the sky and I knew it wasn't thunder because each sounds was almost identical. Some times were louder than others. My neighbor got home and heard them also. So did his mom and my husband. It happened very late at night. Prob around 11pm or so. Towards the end of it it was a lot of bangs and rumbles and all seized in an instant. Weird.

I just heard and saw exactly what you described. It's Sunday, 11/11, 1016pm. I heard and saw it just before 10pm. What happened was my dogs were barking in the back yard. It was about 10-15mins till 10pm and I don't allow them to "play" bark after 10pm- but when they didn't even take a 2 minute break, I decided to go outside. Who knows... it was like lightening but sound was more identical like you said- the sky lit up a bit like it was thunder but without any pauses like a usual lightening storm does. I went inside to call my son to look at it but by the time I got him off his ipod and outside- it was gone!

There was just a loud explosion sound in Schertz, TX. Shook my car; funny thing is the news mentioned it with no info.
