Red Solid Light Hovers & Descends in Houston - See Video

• What: Red, solid light descends and moves around in sky

A person in Houston witnessed and filmed a glowing red ball of light hover and move about the sky. Although the witness admits it could have been a drone, they're not really buying that. What do you think? As always, you be the judge:

UFO, Houston Texas Recorded July 7, 2016 at about 9:01 pm central time. A flying red ball was shooting horizontally across the sky then it got behind the house in the video and stopped and then it started to rise at a slow constant speed, that's when I got my phone and started recording. After it descended back behind the house again it started moving horizontally across the sky. I caught this in my second video I have posted. The color was a constant red and never flashed or changed color. At first I thought it was just a roman candle but when it stopped I new it was not fire works. I then though maybe it was a drone but I really don't think that was possible. Now I think maybe it was a flair of some kind. I just don't know. Please watch the second video.
