"Saw glowing, almost translucent tootsie roll shape descend from sky and then vanish" - UFO Sighting in Dallas Area

A "glowing" craft shaped like  "tootsie roll" descended and then disappeared over Texas, according to a recent MUFON report (case 111899). Although the witness testimony is brief and there are no photos or videos, reports of cigar or tube-shaped UFOs do get reported with some frequency.

Around 9:10, leaving my dad’s house and we both see a strange, white translucent tootsie roll shaped UFO descending in an almost arching manner from the sky. Almost appeared like what you might see in a movie of a “cloaked” ship.
It went behind the roof line of the house across the street and a ran to the end of the street to keep it in view but by that time it had vanished.
This is the second UFO of this similar kind in this neighborhood. Bizarrely enough the first one was seen on October 20, 2016, almost four years ago to the day.

Considering the description of the UFO looking like a "tootsie roll," the witness may have had Halloween on the mind when writing this report! And who could blame them? It is October right now!
