Strange Black Tower UFO Spotted and Filmed Over Houston

What: Tall, black structure

May 2nd, 2018 Update: Since sharing this video, many news outlets have covered the sighting. Unfortunately no other witnesses have come forward. However, many have come forward with ideas on what this UFO could be. Some suggest a helicopter carrying a large object, while others suggest balloons (perhaps a weather balloon or even a hot air balloon). Somebody on Reddit suggested that this footage could show a "WASP" II military craft, which was a one-manned vertical takeoff and landing craft from the 80s that modern-day civilians apparently have tried to build. At one point, the WASP II craft was even linked to the infamous Cash-Landrum UFO incident that occurred in Texas in 1980. There is a very striking resemblance to the WASP II and the video taken in Houston. What do you think? As always, you be the judge:

I have picture I want u look at took a picture of an owl late afternoon did not notice till now looks like square kites in sky don't know how send picture

This ufo over Houston appears very similar to one filmed in Jan. at Fort Lauderdale beach in Florida.

SW Houston, TX

I and my 6 year old daughter were in the Toys-R-Us parking lot at Kirby Dr and Old Spanish Trail facing northerly. We observed a large vertical rectilinear black bag like object at maybe 1000-2000 feet persistent elevation moving steadily and quietly at possibly 200-300 knots roughly east to west. I noted that the surface seemed to ruffle a bit like a sail. I suspected there was a logical explanation for the fast drifting apparition - observation box kite, weather balloon or whatever. It was primarily remarkable/ creepy since it was like a Halloween rendition of the wicked witch on her broom. Having thought no more of the incident for years, I was recently reminded by my now 18 year old daughter of the occurrence while watching the SCI channel. I had never thought it as a UFO only that I was uninformed. Nevertheless, I wondered if it had been logged so I did a google search and ran across this YouTube video.
