Two UFOs Photographed Over Conroe, Texas

• What: Two cigar-shaped white objects hovering in the sky

After seeing the recent video of the white cigar-shaped object hovering over Keller, Texas, another Texan came forward with a similar sighting. But this time from Conroe and a little bit earlier in the year. Timothy R Hopkins shared the following photo with TexasUFOs on Instagram, and described seeing strange lights that were motionless:

Since sightings like these tend to happen around sunset, does that mean that we are witnessing a weird weather phenomenon in which the sunlight is reflecting off an otherwise explainable object, like a cloud or blimp? However, what could explain the fact that these UFOs also are reported as remaining still for long periods of time?
