UFO "the Size of a City Bus" Reported in Dallas Area

A rotating, multi-colored craft, "the size of a city bus," was reported by a witness in Garland, Texas, according to a recent MUFON report (case 108732). Check out the photos and testimony, and as always, you be the judge on whether or not this is a UFO:

Red and black octagon cylinder about the size of a city bus flying perpendicular to the ground at a flight level of 900 feet. Flight path was southwest to northeast at 100 knots. The craft rotated displaying red then black solid surface.
