"My other friend and I were so scared that we took off running to our homes" - Witness Recalls Childhood UFO Sighting in the Dallas Area

• What: Metal, cigar-shaped craft seen by multiple witnesses

Here's an oldie, but a goodie. According to a MUFON report (case 83420) I just stumbled upon, a "huge metallic cigar-shaped UFO" was seen over a neighborhood in Texas by two friends who were playing outside:

It was 1975 I was 12 years old, I looked up and saw a huge metallic cigar shaped UFO

It was 1975, I was 12 years old living in Ceder Hill Texas. Ceder Hill Texas was not a populated area at the time, it had big open fields that me and my 2 closes friends would go to play. The day we saw the UFO we had finished playing and we were headed home, we stopped at the street corner that one of my friends lived on and I turned around to say bye, that's when I saw the UFO hovering just behind us up in the sky. My other friend and I were so scared that we took off running to our homes, her street was the next street down from mine. When I got to my street were I lived, I looked back behind me and the UFO was still there like it followed us. The UFO was metallic in color and made no noise what so ever, years latter I told my sister about what I had seen and she told me that her friend and her friend's family saw it that day as well.

This report is a hard one to verify, but if you lived in Texas in the 70s and also saw strange things in the sky, then let me know.
