Spooky Beam of Light Haunts Dallas - See Video

• What: Bright beam of light captured on video in Dallas; Possibly identified as Anticrepuscular sun rays
  

A very strange, bright white beam of light was seen and filmed in Rockwall, Dallas. The footage was shared on the Facebook page for a local community website called the Rockwallian.

However mysterious this video is, many people speculate that it documents a known and fairly simple weather phenomenon called  "Anticrepuscular rays," which are essentially sun rays that form a beautiful "beam of light" optical illusion due to how they appear through certain types of cloud formations.
