"There were 7 little people walking around on the ground underneath it" - UFO and Alien? Encounter North of Dallas

I have recently stumbled upon a UFO report from years ago that I would love to share with the community again, as I'm currently trying to gather new information!

North of Dallas, back in 2013, a witness apparently saw a "diamond-shaped" UFO with several "little people" walking around underneath it!

I was about 5 miles north of Wolfe City on FM 68. I was driving over a bridge and saw a large light to my left. I knew something was wrong because there is nothing there but the river and farmland. I was going too fast to recognize what it was but I slowed down and backed up to see it. It was above the ground but very low & in the shape of a diamond. A soft bright light was along the edge and underneath. It illuminated the ground below. It was very bright but soft at the same time. There were 7 like little people walking around on the ground underneath it. That's all I can say here.

What's pretty wild is this sighting is very similar to the famous Cash-Landrum incident that occurred in December 1980, which reportedly led to witnesses experiencing radiation sickness:
